School Business Manager, Full-Time

Harmonize Academy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced School Business Manager to join our outstanding school in September 2024.  Salary: £38,296- £44,539 (NJC Pt 32 – 38)

In choosing the School Business Manager, we will be looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Finance and Resources for an Outstanding Alternative Provision Free School.

Under the strategic leadership of the Principal, the school business manager (SBM) will be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.

All Academy Staff are expected to support and contribute to the school’s commitment and responsibility for safeguarding all students.

All appointments are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks and excellent references.

Harmonize Academy provides excellent opportunities to gain experience and develop your skills working with young people in a secondary school alternative education environment.

Are you studying at one of Liverpool's universities or are you a recent graduate?

We are actively looking for volunteers to work with our students and help boost their confidence and performance in English, Maths and Science as they work towards their GCSEs.

This is also a great opportunity for you to gain experience in a secondary school alternative education environment.
