Pupil Premium Grant

We use Pupil Premium funding to raise the educational attainment of our students.

Our Pupil Premium funding is used to engage professional services for special educational needs and reading intervention as well as to support students for whom English is an additional language. We offer the services of an in-house psychologist twice a week for students who require counselling.

We partner with undergraduates and recent graduates from local universities to deliver extra tuition in the core subjects, maths, English and science. Through this scheme, our students have the opportunity to work with tertiary level students with the aim of raising their attainment.

The above services are offered to all our students and provide much-needed 1-1 support. We monitor the allocation and appropriate use of pupil premium spending on a termly basis.
