SPRING TERM FINISHES
Harmonize Academy Spring Term finishes on Friday 4th April at 11.30 am.
On Thursday 3rd April there will be end of term Rewards Trip for students. You will receive a separate letter with the time for your child to arrive in school, and permission form to complete and return. Students will be allowed to go straight home as soon as they return to school after their trip.
Spring Term Progress Reports
An academic progress report for your child will arrive in the next few weeks. Students who have recently joined Harmonize Academy will receive a report at the end of the summer term. If you have any queries about the report, please contact Vice-Principal, Mr Carl Parkinson.
Exam Season Summer 2025
If your child is sitting exams this summer, you will find their exam entries enclosed. More details about the exam season will be sent out next term and will be on the school website. If you have any concerns about your child’s progress please contact Mr Carl Parkinson, Vice Principal or Mr Karo Onowighose, Assistant Principal T 0151 203 1934.

Exam Contingency Days
Wednesday 11th June PM and Wednesday 25th June 2025 all day – Save the dates
Students should be available throughout the exam period, including on Contingency Days, in case their planned timetable is disrupted. Contingency Days will be used if a significant, unexpected event arises nationally or locally during the exam period such that no students are able to take an exam when planned.
Dot-Art Schools Competition 2025.
Some of our year 9 students have enjoyed taking part in this year's dot-art Liverpool Schools’ competition. The judges have selected three entries from each school. The online public vote opens on Monday 24th March until Thursday 24th April. The entry from each school with the most votes wins a place in the public exhibition. Bank Holiday
Monday 21st April – School closed
School will re-open for the Summer term on Tuesday 22nd April after the Bank Holiday Monday. May I remind you that the Harmonize School day begins with Breakfast Club at 8.30 am and lessons start at 9.00 am. Please ring 0151 203 1934 if your child cannot attend. Students who have not arrived by 9.00 am will receive a text home if you do not contact the school in advance.
